Garden 2011 - Back (Victoria)

This years garden was less then stellar - a slow start due to prolonged, cool spring, and too much going on this summer to devote a lot of attention to it. The season wrapped up earlier than expected in mid-September due to travel plans off the Island.

June 20, 2011 - Potatoes, raspberries and borage from last year are growing, and cabbage, cauliflower and squash have been transplanted in.

July 2, 2011 - Potatoes growing, lots of free range borage, cabbage and squash

Potatoes

August 17, 2011 - The garden is doing nicely considering it has been taking care of itself much of the time, as a very busy summer left it lower on the priority list this year. But the vibe is as strong as ever.

Some of the borage has been replaced with more brassicas.
